GENERAL MANAGER – AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP

Proven track record of leading large sales teams, achieving revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth in the automobile industry.
Preferred Experience
- 12–20 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Minimum 5–8 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Branch Head, Dealer Principal, Sales Head, or Regional Manager.
- Experience with passenger vehicle dealerships, preferably TATA Motors or other leading automotive brands.
- Proven experience in managing showroom operations, field sales teams, finance and insurance (F&I), exchange business, and customer service functions.
