Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. The Principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive school culture, and providing strategic leadership to staff and students while working closely with the management to achieve the institution's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans for school growth and continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Vice Principals, Coordinators, teachers, and administrative staff
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, student discipline, and school culture
- Oversee examinations, assessments, academic planning, and curriculum delivery
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the school management
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, statutory regulations, and school policies
- Oversee admissions, budgeting, staffing, infrastructure planning, and institutional development
- Represent the school during inspections, audits, public events, and community engagements
- Drive innovation, faculty development, and initiatives that enhance student outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
- Prior experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE school preferred
- Strong understanding of CBSE regulations, academic administration, and school operations
Skills Required
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, compliance, and educational best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to mentor senior academic leaders and build high-performing teams

- As per our food and accommodation policy, employees who relocate will be provided meals free of cost on the school campus. Accommodation, however, will need to be arranged independently outside the campus, whether you choose to relocate alone or with your family. An accommodation allowance will be included as part of your overall salary, and the school will assist you in identifying suitable accommodation nearby. Shared accommodation with others is also acceptable if you prefer.
Additionally, the school will arrange transportation from a common pickup point to the campus during school hours.
