Product Manager
Role Overview
The Product Manager owns and drives the complete business portfolio for the assigned country. This role is responsible for vendor engagement, revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion. The position demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to execute business plans and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Ownership & Strategy
- Own and manage the entire business portfolio for the assigned country.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue and profitability growth while meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Increase market share through effective partner engagement and tactical execution.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Lead vendor engagement and relationship management for the assigned business.
- Review, sign, and track vendor programs and incentive structures.
- Drive joint business plans with key vendors and large partners.
- Conduct weekly cadence calls with internal and vendor sales teams to review progress.
Sales Operations & Performance
- Responsible for quota assignment, tracking, and attainment reporting.
- Manage funnel and pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Build and deploy demand generation programs to support sales objectives.
- Design and implement sales spiffs, contests, and incentive programs to boost performance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather competitive insights and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Provide timely feedback on market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly reports on revenue attainment, activities, and progress.
- Recommend tactical actions based on market observations and data analysis.
