Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and VMC machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines, load/unload components, and monitor machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and basic machining instructions.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform basic machine offsets, tool changes, and parameter adjustments.
- Maintain required quality standards and production targets.
- Identify machining defects and report machine/tool issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete production and inspection records as required.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation.
- Candidates with experience in production, machining, component manufacturing, or engineering industries are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation and measuring instruments.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production requirements.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
