Hiring: Senior Manager – QA/QC
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 CTC/month
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech (Quality Management certification preferred)
Experience: 5–7 years in QA/QC from the Offset Printing & Packaging Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 QC Executives.
- Conduct quality inspection of incoming raw materials and semi-finished goods.
- Ensure in-process and final quality inspections before dispatch.
- Maintain QC records, reports, and documentation.
- Verify job cards and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Minimize customer complaints through effective quality control.
- Train QC Executives and production operators on quality standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality systems.
- Reduce defects and production wastage.
- Handle customer and external quality audits.
