Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Stay updated on current IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and technical terminology is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring for Software Development, Testing, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, ERP, and Infrastructure roles.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
