Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Sales Accounting, and Debtor Ledgers.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in Payroll Processing, MIS Reporting, and Budget Preparation.
- Manage Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes, E-way Bills, and Customer Account Creation.
- Maintain and update records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with CA/Auditors for compliance and audit activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
