JOB ROLES
The Primary Level Physics Teacher is responsible for introducing young learners to basic physics concepts through engaging, hands-on, and age-appropriate teaching methods. The teacher creates a positive learning environment, promotes scientific curiosity, and supports students' academic and personal development Plan and Deliver Lessons
- Prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach basic concepts such as force, motion, light, sound, magnets, energy, and simple machines using child-friendly methods.
- Create an Interactive Learning Environment
- Use demonstrations, experiments, models, games, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Encourage students to ask questions and explore scientific ideas.
- Develop Scientific Thinking
- Foster observation, curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Help students connect science concepts to everyday life.
- Assess Student Learning
- Conduct quizzes, oral assessments, worksheets, and practical activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a Safe Classroom
- Ensure safe handling of science materials and equipment.
- Teach students basic laboratory safety practices appropriate for their age.
- Support Individual Learning Needs
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities and styles.
- Provide additional support to students who need extra assistance.
- Use Teaching Resources Effectively
- Integrate visual aids, digital tools, educational videos, and simple experiments.
- Prepare teaching materials that enhance understanding.
- Promote Positive Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
- Encourage teamwork, participation, and confidence.
- Communicate with Parents and School Staff
- Share students' academic progress with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

- Attend workshops, training programs, and seminars.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methods and curriculum changes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
