Job Responsibilities
- Assist in tea tasting, grading, and quality evaluation of CTC teas.
- Support tea blending activities to maintain consistency and customer specifications.
- Maintain tasting records, quality reports, and sample documentation.
- Monitor tea samples from auctions, suppliers, and production batches.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and tasting protocols.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in Tea Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in tea tasting, quality evaluation, or blending, preferably in the CTC tea industry.
- Good knowledge of CTC tea grades, tasting techniques, and quality parameters.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
