Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customers, driving sales, and providing an excellent customer experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products effectively, and ensuring smooth sales operations during working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend office daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM as per company schedule
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Maintain proper records of customer details, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of customer handling
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn product details
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage
