As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Continuous monitoring and adaptation are key to maintaining compatibility and delivering seamless user experiences across different environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application configurations with business strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding problem-solving approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of maintaining system stability and performance in dynamic business settings.
