Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Domestic Sales Executive to generate sales within India, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should possess good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good presentation skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in domestic sales/inside sales/business development
- Knowledge of local market and customer handling
- Willingness to travel if required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
