drnk is a vibe that offers affordable, low-calorie beverages like iced coffees, matcha, and slushies, with a flagship store in Bandra West. It is expanding rapidly and opening multiple stores around the city.
About the Job Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista with prior experience in working at a fast paced enviornment and majorily in cafes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers by determining their beverage interests and needs.
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the menu, answering questions.
- Prepare and sells cold coffee based beverages by following the prescribed recipe.
- Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking milk; and other related store inventory.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Verbal Communication
- Has an interest in cold coffees
- Customer Focus and Customer Service
- Team Player, good at people skills
- Must be passionate about coffee
