Job Overview /Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with business users and the technical team and works with the technical team to prioritize system functionality during all phases of system development.
- Participates in functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps.
- List the essential duties required to carry out this job.
- Adherence of SLA for L1 calls and enhancement /Developments
- Prepare and monitor daily works along with team and participate in SLA review
- Provide CAPA for non-adherence
- Design, customize, configure and testing of MM/PP and allied logistics modules
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2 -4 years of SAP experience in MM/PP module
- Exposure to S4H is must
- SAP MM /Sourcing procurement certification would be an added advantage
