Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, job portals, and employee referrals. Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Required Experience & Skills: Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Preferred: 4-5yrs Experience in manufacturing, engineering, building materials, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
