Job Summary
We are looking for a Plant HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant, including onboarding, recruitment support, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee coordination. The role focuses on ensuring smooth plant HR operations, maintaining discipline, supporting workforce management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Labour Management
i. Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment.
ii. Maintain contract labour attendance and records.
iii. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements related to contract labour.
iv. Verify contractor documentation, bills, and workforce details.
v. Support audits related to contract labour compliance.
2. Employee Relations & Plant Coordination
i. Address employee queries and grievances at plant level.
ii. Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
iii. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce issues.
iv. Coordinate with contractors for contract labour deployment, attendance, statutory compliance, and workforce discipline.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
i. Maintain daily attendance, shift records, and leave management.
ii. Provide accurate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
iii. Ensure proper tracking of shift allowances and workforce data.
4. HR Operations & Documentation
i. Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
ii. Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, manpower, and compliance.
iii. Ensure audit readiness of HR documents.
5. Recruitment Support & Onboarding
i. Support recruitment activities such as interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
ii. Handle end-to-end onboarding and induction at plant level.
iii. Ensure completion of joining documentation and employee records.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
i. Support employee engagement and welfare activities at plant.
ii. Ensure implementation of safety, hygiene, and workplace policies.
Requirements
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
· experience in HR operations, preferably in plant/manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
· Hands-on experience in handling contract labour, including contractor coordination, attendance, documentation, compliance, and workforce management.
· Experience in handling plant workforce and shift operations preferred.
· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting.

· Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
· Ability to work in plant environment and manage workforce effectively.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
