Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth functioning of badminton courts and daily operations
- Coordinate with coaches, members, and players during practice sessions and tournaments
- Maintain badminton courts, nets, lighting, and sports equipment in proper condition
- Ensure availability of shuttlecocks and other required equipment
- Support players during coaching sessions and club tournaments
- Monitor court bookings and assist members professionally
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards within the badminton area
- Assist in organizing inter-club matches, tournaments, and sports events
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the administration team
- Maintain basic sports records if required
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Badminton Marker
- Basic knowledge of badminton rules and court management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during tournaments/events
- Physically fit and active
Candidate with sports club or academy experience will be preferred
Qualification
SSC / HSC or Graduate preferred
Candidates with badminton playing background will be an added advantage
