- Prescription Support: Retrieve, count, and package medications accurately under pharmacist oversight.
- Labeling Accuracy: Prepare and apply highly precise labels to medication containers.
- Patient Service: Greet customers, process payments, handle billing, and answer incoming phone inquiries.
- Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, restock shelves, track stock counts, and monitor medicine expiration dates.
- System Maintenance: Input and update patient insurance profiles and digital prescription records securely.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy counter space.
- Escalation Management: Direct any clinical inquiries or specialized medical questions swiftly to the supervising Pharmacist.
