We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive our business growth. Your primary mission will be to identify potential business clients, initiate conversations, and convert prospects into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in sectors like Immigration, Real Estate, and Education.
- Direct Outreach: Perform cold calling, door-to-door visits (if required), and LinkedIn outreach to connect with business owners and directors.
- Client Pitching: Present our value proposition effectively and handle client objections to secure meetings/deals.
- Lead Conversion: Manage the entire sales funnel from the first "hello" to the final contract signing.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a record of daily calls, visits, and follow-ups to ensure a consistent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Communication: Strong command over Hindi and English. Being able to converse in Punjabi is a significant advantage.
- Confidence: Ability to talk directly to MDs and CEOs without hesitation.
- Result-Driven: Must be comfortable working with targets and have a passion for hitting numbers.
