Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong customer base.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
- Assist customers with policy applications and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- 10th Pass or above qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
