Role Summary
The Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding ADVIRA’s PCD Pharma Franchise network across India. The role involves identifying potential distributors, onboarding new franchise partners, promoting company products, accelerating sales growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Acquisition & Expansion
- Identify potential PCD Pharma Franchise prospects through field visits, online channels, pharma portals, and business directories.
- Generate and convert leads across assigned regions.
- Present company product portfolio, price lists, and franchise benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through franchise onboarding and product orders.
- Promote key products, new launches, and speciality ranges to partners.
- Monitor secondary sales to ensure consistent business from franchisees.
3. Relationship Management
- Build long‑term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and franchise partners.
- Resolve franchisee concerns regarding products, rates, marketing support, and dispatches.
- Ensure timely product delivery and coordinate with the logistics team.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand.
- Provide insights for product expansion, marketing strategies, and territory planning.
- Identify high-potential districts for new franchise appointments.
5. Marketing Support & Promotion
- Assist franchise partners with promotional materials (MR bags, visual aids, gifts, samples, etc.).
- Promote ADVIRA brand visibility through digital marketing, exhibitions, and pharma portals.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of PCD Pharma Franchise model
- Understanding of pharma products & formulations
- Lead generation & sales conversion ability
- Customer relationship management
- Target-driven and self‑motivated
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Qualifications
- Graduation in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
- Experience:
- 1–4 years in PCD Pharma Franchise / Pharma Sales / B2B Business Development
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
