We are seeking a process-oriented Junior HR Executive to manage our core workforce operations. Role Summary
The Junior HR Executive will take end-to-end ownership of our primary employee lifecycle pillars: recruitment, daily attendance tracking, and monthly salary calculation processing. You will act as the operational bridge between the employee base, department heads, and our finance department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance & Leave Governance
- Reconcile daily biometric logs and register data across head office, factory, and field staff.
- Audit and update the employee leave registry, tracking casual leaves, medical leaves, and earned leaves.
- Track monthly Loss of Pay (LOP) days and overtime hours accurately to ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
2. Pre-Payroll & Salary Calculation
- Compile monthly attendance sheets into structured Excel formats for salary computation.
- Calculate gross salaries, factoring in LOP adjustments, special allowances, and performance-driven sales incentives.
- Assist with basic inputs for statutory compliance compliance including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) checks.
- Partner with the corporate finance team to ensure clean data handover for timely payroll disbursement.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for technical, sales, mechanic, and administrative vacancies via Indeed and local channels.
- Conduct initial phone screening rounds to assess background, salary expectations, and communication skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and our Technical/Sales Department Heads.
- Handle onboarding documentation, reference checks, and issue official corporate letters (Offer, Appointment, Experience).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required. An MBA or Diploma in Human Resources is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience handling recruitment and attendance data. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or retail sectors is highly valued.
- Core Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Must know VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for data calculation).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English to liaise smoothly with field and office staff.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
