Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day collection operations, coordinate with customers and collection teams, and ensure smooth execution of waste pickup services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule waste pickup requests.
- Communicate with customers regarding pickup timings and service updates.
- Assign and monitor collection tasks for field staff and partners.
- Track daily collections and maintain operational records.
- Resolve customer queries and service-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with recycling partners and vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of pickup requests and service quality standards.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or waste management is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
