LANGUAGE TRAINER
Navinora Private Limited is hiring a Language Trainer to enhance students' English communication skills and prepare them for university interviews, credibility interviews, communication assessments, and visa interview readiness under EduNavi – Study in India and EduNora – Study Abroad divisions.
This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication and presentation skills who are looking for long-term growth in the education consulting and student training industry.
Job Description
The Language Trainer will be responsible for conducting communication and language development sessions, improving students' spoken English skills, and preparing them professionally for university and visa interview processes.
The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling students, and the ability to guide students ethically and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct spoken English and communication enhancement sessions for students.
- Conduct mock interview sessions for students.
- Prepare students for university and visa interviews.
- Train students in communication, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence-building.
- Evaluate students' language proficiency and interview readiness.
- Provide feedback and improvement strategies.
- Prepare personalized interview questions, notes, and customized answer guidance for each student based on their profile and interview requirements.
- Conduct one-to-one sessions.
- Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams.
- Maintain student training reports and follow-up records.
- Ensure ethical and professional student guidance.
Requirements
- Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in student handling and mentoring.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary Structure
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Important Conditions
- Mandatory 2-year service commitment.
- 1 Month Probation.
- 1-month notice period (or salary in lieu).
