- Support with text graphics, supers, and simple visual elements needed across episodes and short-form video content
- Design pitch decks, presentation material, and internal creative documents when required
- Adapt designs across different shows, moods, and storytelling tones while maintaining a strong ListenTBH visual sensibility
- Work closely with the creative, edit, and production teams to deliver assets on time and in the right formats
- Organise design files and maintain clean versioning across ongoing projects
You’re Someone Who:
- Has 0–2 years of experience/ internship experience, or a strong portfolio in graphic design / content design
- Is comfortable designing for digital-first content and understands what works visually for reels, thumbnails, trailers, and youth-focused storytelling
- Has a good eye for typography, composition, colour, and layout
- Can work quickly across multiple design asks without losing attention to detail
- Is comfortable taking references, feedback, and adapting designs to fit different creative briefs
- Is organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment
Tools / Skills:
- Good working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software
- Basic understanding of motion graphics / edit support is a plus, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with designing for social content, decks, and entertainment-led creatives is a bonus
Bonus If You:
- Have designed for content studios, creators, YouTube / Instagram channels, or youth-focused brands
- Have a strong instinct for thumbnails, entertainment packaging, and visual hooks
- Can support with simple motion assets or graphic elements for video edits
