The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of web applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve bugs.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
- Conduct functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Ensure software quality standards are met before deployment.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Experience in Manual Testing.
- Ability to create detailed Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
- Experience in Bug Reporting and Defect Tracking.
- Understanding of Web Application Testing.
- Knowledge of Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of API Testing.
- Familiarity with Automation Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or a related field.
- Relevant software testing certifications will be an added advantage.
