Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Engineer specializing in HVAC, ducting & Electrical systems within the semiconductor industry. The role involves creating and managing Building Information Models, drafting construction drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. As an on-site role based in Jaipur, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, detailed models for complex construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Building Information Modeling (BIM) and utilization of industry-standard software.
- Proficiency and experience in CADWorx an advantage.
- Experience in creating and interpreting construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, particularly in HVAC and semiconductor applications.
- Familiarity with Architecture and Civil Engineering principles and practices as they apply to integrated project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with HVAC & Electrical systems in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
