Are you passionate about sports, community building, and creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for an energetic Sports Leader to run the floor, build an amazing community, and ensure every visitor keeps coming back for more.
What You'll Do
Own the daily sports operations of the facility
Build and grow a strong, engaged community
Plan and execute events, competitions, leagues, and social gatherings
Keep the energy high and create a welcoming environment
Work closely with coaches, front desk, and management teams
Ensure members have an exceptional experience every day
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A natural people person with excellent problem-solving abilities
✔ Someone who takes ownership and works proactively
✔ Passion for sports, fitness, and community culture
✔ Minimum 3 years of work experience
✔ Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, events, or community management is a plus
Important
This is an onsite role based in Powai, Mumbai.
Weekend availability and flexible working hours are essential.
Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
