Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Finance & Operations
Target Experience: 10 to 15 + years in a mid-sized or SME.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Core Mandate & Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Dual Expertise: A strong background in Finance (Qualified CA, CMA, or MBA-Finance) combined with deep operational exposure running a manufacturing plant.
- Cash & Working Capital Mastery: Proven track record in optimizing the SME cash conversion cycle and cash flow forecasting.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory Control: Thorough practical knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, factory overhead allocations, and managing raw material/WIP inventories.
- Leadership: Ability to coordinate internally with deptt heads & with external Auditors/CAs.
Search Guidelines & Expectations:
- Please screen candidates specifically from manufacturing sectors (e.g., consumer durables , FMCG ).
- Candidates with purely IT or service industry backgrounds will not fit this operational mandate.
- We expect your team to conduct the first round of preliminary technical screening including verifying their hands-on exposure .

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
