As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into successful property bookings. You will represent premium real estate projects, interact with serious homebuyers and investors, conduct project presentations, and guide customers throughout the purchase journey.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking confirmation.
- Handle negotiations, objections, and customer concerns confidently.
- Create urgency and drive timely decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams, channel partners, CRM teams, and back-office departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all required documentation and company processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Track lead status and sales pipeline movement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Stay updated on Mumbai real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing movements, and customer preferences.
- Share market insights that can help improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, BFSI, or automobile sales.
