Job title: US HR - People Operations Coordinate
Location: Cybergate way _ Hitech City - HYD.
Shift: 6PM IST to 3AM IST _ Work from Office.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Coordination
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, including documentation, system setup, and compliance forms.
- Manage employee offboarding and exit processes, ensuring proper documentation and asset recovery.
- Assist with employment verification and state compliance notices as required.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR with policy communication and employee inquiries.
Payroll & Finance Support
- Assist with payroll preparation activities, including collecting and verifying payroll data.
- Track and review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Support preparation of client invoices based on approved timesheets.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely payroll and billing processes.
- Maintain documentation related to payroll, invoices, and financial records.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in developing and distributing internal newsletters, employee announcements, and company communications.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams.
- Assist with preparation of reports, tracking spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Experience in HR coordination, payroll support, accounting support, or administrative operations preferred.
- Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, or accounting software is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (Paycom, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
- Experience with timesheet tracking and billing processes
- Event coordination or internal communications experience
