- Perform MIG welding on MS steel components and fabricated structures.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Ensure strong, accurate, and high-quality welds.
- Prepare, align, and fit metal parts before welding.
- Grind, finish, and inspect welded components.
- Follow welding procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIG welding.
- Experience in fabrication of industrial equipment or heavy steel structures is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices.
- Good work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CO₂/MIG welding.
- Knowledge of cutting, grinding, and fabrication tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
