Job Title: Executive Assistant – HR & Client Coordination (Remote)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Executive Assistant to support HR operations and client coordination
This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in HR/recruitment who can independently manage candidate communication, coordinate with clients, and handle end-to-end interview processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Candidate Coordination
- Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates
- Evaluate candidate suitability and availability
- Maintain and update candidate trackers
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates regularly
Client Communication & Coordination
- Handle client emails and share candidate profiles
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients
- Follow up with clients for feedback
- Maintain regular communication and updates
Interview & Meeting Coordination
- Organize and schedule interview meetings
- Be present at the start and end of interviews
- Ensure smooth coordination between client and candidate
- Collect and manage feedback post interviews
Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Send timely updates to clients and candidates
- Support day-to-day recruitment operations
- Assist the business owner in execution and coordination
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
- Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination
- Experience in client handling (email and calls)
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
