* Manage opening/ closing procedures and ensure the shop is clean and well maintained
* Monitor stock levels handle restocking, and oversee product displays
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
* Track daily sales figures and report performance to management
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
