We're looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Ecommerce & Marketplaces Specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon business and support day-to-day execution across our Shopify storefront and broader marketplace channels. In this role, you'll lead strategy and execution for our Amazon Store — overseeing catalog accuracy, listing optimization, A+ content, storefront enhancements, and compliance. You'll manage marketplace SEO, advertising programs (SP, SB, DSP), and daily channel health including Buy Box performance, pricing alignment, and inventory monitoring. On the Shopify side, you'll support catalog hygiene, PDP setup and optimization, promo code management, pricing updates, and site QA — acting as an important executional partner to the broader ecommerce team. You'll track and report on key performance metrics (traffic, CVR, TACoS, ROAS, etc.), manage the product review program, and coordinate promotional activity around product launches and seasonal demand. You'll also evaluate and help launch new marketplace opportunities (Walmart, eBay, etc.) as we continue to grow our channel presence and reach new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Channel Management Own end-to-end Amazon channel strategy and execution — listings, A+ content, storefront, and compliance Conduct marketplace SEO: keyword research, product detail optimization, and competitive monitoring Manage advertising programs:
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP planning and optimization Monitor daily channel health: Buy Box ownership, pricing alignment, stock status, and suppression alerts Track and report on channel KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, TACoS, ROAS, and revenue trends Manage the product reviews program; respond to customer Q&A and synthesize feedback into actionable insights Plan and execute promotions and deals to support seasonal goals and new product launches Serve as the primary liaison with Amazon Seller Support, account teams, and internal tools Research, evaluate, and support expansion into new marketplace channels (Walmart, eBay, etc.)
Maintain a clean Amazon case log and escalate unresolved issues proactively Shopify & Site Support Manage Shopify catalog: PDP setup and optimization, collection management, and pricing updates Own promo code creation, pricing uploads, and deal scheduling across the site QA all marketing assets before going live — pricing accuracy, logos, specs, dates, and links Make updates to site landing pages as directed by the Site Manager Support site audits and special projects as needed Monitor and report bugs; escalate site issues with clear documentation for the tech team Assist with the product reviews platform — including flagging, responding, and reporting Support A/B testing coordination for PDPs and landing pages, documenting results and learnings Product & Catalog Support Compile and distribute product data (specs, pricing, imagery) to ensure launch readiness across all channels Maintain accuracy of product information across all systems, platforms, and marketplaces Assist with vendor setup, SKU attribution, and product property projects Support new product setup and merchandising across the site and marketplace storefronts Manage data feed accuracy and flag inconsistencies across platforms Coordinate asset requests with the creative team to ensure listings and PDPs are fully optimized at launch Reporting & Competitive Intelligence Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards for Amazon and site channels Conduct regular competitor monitoring — pricing, listings, ad strategies, and new product activity Identify content or listing gaps vs. competitors and recommend improvements Support the team with ad hoc data pulls and analysis as needed
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central Proven track record optimizing product listings using marketplace SEO and keyword research tools
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads — Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands required; DSP a plus Familiarity with Shopify catalog management, including PDP setup, collections, metafields, and pricing tools
Strong analytical mindset — able to translate performance data into clear actions and improvements
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and functions
Able to collaborate effectively with Operations, Marketing, and external partners Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools (keyword tools, reporting dashboards)
Self-starter who is excited to build new processes, document workflows, and support expansion into additional channels
Experience with review management platforms and/or Shopify apps is a plus
