Social Media Manager – Instagram (Agri)
A Social Media Manager (Instagram – Agri) is responsible for growing the brand’s presence on Instagram by creating farmer-focused, educational, and high-engagement content that drives awareness, trust, and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities (Instagram Only)
Content Planning
- Plan monthly content calendar based on crop cycles (sowing, growth, pest stages)
- Mix of content:
- Educational (farmer problems + solutions)
- Product-based (usage, benefits, demos)
- Engagement (polls, quizzes, questions)
Reels Strategy (Primary Focus)
- Create and manage high-performing reels (main growth driver)
- Focus on:
- Problem → Solution format
- Before/After results
- Pest/disease identification
- Ensure content is simple Hindi/Hinglish + visual storytelling
Post & Carousel Design Direction
- Guide creation of:
- Informative carousels (step-by-step usage)
- Static creatives (offers, product highlights)
- Maintain clean, farmer-friendly, easy-to-read design
Captions & Hashtags
- Write clear, relatable captions (not complicated language)
- Use CTA (Call-to-Action):
- “Comment ‘SPRAY’ for details”
- “DM for solution”
- Use relevant agri hashtags for reach
Engagement & Community
- Reply to comments and DMs (farmer queries)
- Build trust by giving quick, practical answers
- Encourage interaction (questions, polls in stories)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
