Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance system architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration techniques related to SAP Basis.
- Skilled in monitoring system health and implementing proactive measures to prevent issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
