We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office assistant to manage daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, sales, finance, etc.)
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer or client queries related to operations
- Travel across Bangalore for banking-related operational activities, including documentation handling and coordination with financial institutions
- Manage field visits across various locations in Bangalore to support operational requirements and ensure timely task completion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
