Job Summary
RaiZing Suzuki is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee the dealership's parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, parts procurement, sales, team supervision, and ensuring timely availability of genuine Suzuki spare parts to support the service and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure timely availability of genuine Suzuki parts.
- Plan and execute parts ordering
- Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and reorder levels.
- Achieve monthly parts sales and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and guide the parts team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock audits, and inventory control.
- Resolve customer and internal department queries related to spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirementss
- 5–8 years of experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Executive in an automobile dealership.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and spare parts operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems (DMS).
