JD:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the Director.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the Director.
- Social Media and LinkedIn Handling:
- Manage the Director's professional social media accounts, including LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule content to enhance the Director’s professional brand.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
- Track and report on social media metrics and performance.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies and manage office equipment.
- Coordinate with facility management to address any office issues.
- Financial Duties:
- Manage budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis as required.
- Event Planning:
- Plan and organize corporate events, conferences, and social functions.
- Handle logistics, invitations, and event follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or in administrative support is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
