Office Manager — Architecture & Design Studio
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our small, collaborative design studio. The role supports both the creative and business sides of practice — ensuring the studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a sense of order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily studio operations — scheduling, correspondence, office supplies, and upkeep.
- Maintain project documentation — contracts, drawings, submissions, and consultant coordination.
- Assist in fee proposals, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping in coordination with the accountant.
- Support the principal(s) with meeting prep, travel, and client communication.
- Manage digital filing systems, project archives, and version control.
- Help organize internal reviews, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Support marketing efforts — website updates, social media posts, and portfolio management.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors for project logistics and follow-ups.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, organized, and creative studio environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a design or creative office (architecture preferred).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office; familiarity with Adobe and CAD/BIM tools is a plus.
- Financial literacy (quotations, invoices, budgets) desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic small-team setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
