Manage daily hub and last-mile operations. Supervise delivery executives, sorters, and hub staff. Allocate shipments and monitor delivery performance. Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and pickup of shipments. Track undelivered shipments and resolve operational issues. Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance. Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational processes. Handle customer escalations and support issue resolution. Maintain operational reports and ensure accurate system updates. Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve daily targets.
