Role Overview:
Chase Haul is the D2C Website of the company, home to multiple brands, and with a loyal customer base. This role is for further facilitating the growth of this community. We are looking for someone to take ownership of organic brand building for the website, primarily through social media, and also through other publications and our own shoots.
1. Influencer Marketing
- Regularly scout for the right influencers to represent our brands.
- Reach out, build relationships, and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation (barter or paid) independently.
- Co-ordinate product dispatches with the Warehouse team.
- Write scripts for influencers when relevant.
- Review content before it goes live, provide feedback, and approve final cuts.
- Track performance per influencer and campaign - views, engagement, attributed traffic, and build a database of what works.
2. Social Media
- Own and manage Chase Haul's Instagram, YouTube content, Pinterest posts, and eventually more emerging channels like Snapchat. You’d own the content calendar.
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy that reflects the Chase Haul brand voice and drives organic follower growth.
- Track performance weekly w.r.t. reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Monitor trends and cultural moments in real time and move fast when the brand can show up relevantly.
- Keep an eye out for any customer or UGC Content that deserves amplification.
3. Miscellaneous
- Make the creative for WhatsApp marketing once a week.
- Contribute occasionally to planning of/moodboards for catalogue and campaign shoots Identify relevant publications to tell Chase Haul’s story and to get verification on Instagram.
- Contribute occasionally to Cataloguing activity with the team.
- Contribute occasionally to ideation of Banners and Graphic elements on the website.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of brand awareness for D2C
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good organisation ability of multiple conversations with influencers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
