Job Summary
The Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end tender management for solar power projects, including rooftop and utility-scale installations. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission in line with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track solar-related tenders (government, PSU, DISCOM, EPC, private) through portals and industry sources
- Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, NIT) for technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids
- Prepare and compile complete tender submissions including technical proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and commercial bids
- Ensure adherence to MNRE, SECI, state policies, and other regulatory guidelines
- Manage bid timelines, documentation, and submission (online and offline)
- Handle pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare clarifications
- Maintain tender records, bid trackers, and documentation databases
- Support post-bid activities including negotiations, LOA review, and contract finalization
- Monitor tender outcomes and conduct bid analysis for continuous improvement
