The candidate will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, generating leads, coordinating with channel partners, and promoting projects through both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for social media, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
Generate and manage sales leads from online portals, events, and campaigns.
Manage listings on real estate portals and company website.
Organize site visits, promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to increase project visibility.
Track marketing performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors and pricing strategies.
Support the sales team with marketing tools and promotional activities.
Required Skills

Experience with property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
