Key Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfillment & Processing
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from receiving the purchase order to final delivery.
- Inventory Coordination: Verify stock availability for paver blocks, flyash bricks, and solar products before confirming orders.
- Quality Checks: Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are prepped for dispatch without delays.
2. Logistics & Local Scheduling
- Dispatch Management: Plan, schedule, and route daily local deliveries to optimize time and transportation costs.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with local transport providers, truck drivers, and loaders to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively handle any on-road logistics issues, delivery delays, or site-access challenges.
3. Telecalling & Customer Communication
- Order Confirmation: Call customers to confirm order details, delivery addresses, and preferred drop-off times.
- Status Updates: Keep clients informed about their delivery status and handle any inbound inquiries professionally.
- Post-Delivery Follow-up: Conduct courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction and request feedback or repeat business.
4. Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Utilize basic knowledge of construction materials (weight, handling care for bricks/blocks) and solar products (fragility, packaging) to ensure safe transit.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or dispatch (focusing on local deliveries).
- Excellent telecalling and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus: Prior experience in the construction material or solar energy sectors.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
