General Manager – Kundan Pipes (PVC/UPVC/CPVC/HDPE Manufacturing)

About Us:
Kundan Pipes is a leading manufacturer of PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE, and conduit pipes & fittings based out of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to drive business performance across our manufacturing operations, departments, and growing product portfolio, including our drip irrigation division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own business strategy across product lines and divisions
- Oversee production planning, reports and capacity utilization, working closely with Plant Head.
- Drive sales strategy — pricing, channel/dealer structure, incentive design, and new market entry
- Oversee Purchase function — raw material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and inventory planning
- Oversee Accounts function — financial reporting, working capital management, payment/vendor dispute resolution
- Oversee Administration — office operations, statutory compliance support, and general facility management
- Ensure regulatory compliance (BIS,PWD) and manage certifying body relationships
- Lead organizational structure, hiring, and cross-functional coordination across departments
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years in manufacturing, with proven P&L ownership
- Strong grasp of production, sales, purchase, accounts, and admin functions in an integrated role
- Experience scaling new product lines or divisions is a plus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
