Typical Responsibilities of a Commis 3:
- Assisting senior chefs with basic food preparation
- Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and workstations
- Chopping vegetables, prepping sauces, peeling, portioning, etc.
- Learning the basics of kitchen equipment and hygiene
- Supporting in mise en place (preparation before service)
- Following instructions from Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Ch

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
