KeyResponsibilities
- DGFTLicenses,ExportIncentives&RegulatoryCompliance
Prepareand processapplicationsfor AdvanceAuthorization (Advance License) and EPCG Licenses through the DGFT portal.
HandleAdvanceAuthorization Redemption(ExportObligation Discharge) and EPCG License Redemption.
Processamendments,extensions,and re validation ofAdvance Authorization and EPCG Licenses.
Coordinate documentation related to Standard Input Output Norms (SION/Norms)and Non-Norms applications with DGFT. Process and manage applications and claims under RoDTEP (Remission ofDutiesandTaxesonExportedProducts)and RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies) schemes.
HandleImport-PIMS (Paper Import Monitoring System) registration/certificationandensurecompliancewithapplicable importregulations.
Monitorexportobligations,incentiveclaims, andlicense utilizationto ensurecompliancewith DGFTregulations.
- Customs&StatutoryCompliance
Ensurecompliancewith DGFT,Customs,GST, andother statutory export-import regulations.
CoordinatewithCustomsauthorities,CHA, DGFT,banks, and other government agencies for timely processing and
clearance.
Maintaindocumentationfor audits,compliancereviews,and regulatory inspections.
- Documentation&RecordManagement
Maintainsystematicrecords ofexportshipments,licenses, customs documentation, incentive claims, and banking documents.
Ensureconfidentiality,accuracy,and timelyretrievalof all export-related records.
Prepareand verifyexportdocumentationincludingCommercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with buyer requirements, Letterof Credit(LC) terms(whereapplicable),andinternational trade regulations.
UploadCommercial Invoices,PackingLists, andotherrequired shipping documents on buyer portals as per Purchase Order (PO) requirements.
Maintainaccurateand timelyupdates onshipmentstatus anddocumentation.
Coordinateshipmentplanningand confirmshipmentmode (Air/Sea/Courier) through buyer portals.
Monitorshipmentmilestones,includingcargoreadiness, carting, handover, vessel/flight schedules, and dispatch timelines.
Ensuretimelyexecutionof allshipment-relatedactivities.
- CoordinationwithFreightForwarders&CustomsHouse Agents (CHA)
LiaisewithFreightForwarders,CustomsHouseAgents(CHA), transporters,and internal teams to facilitate smooth export operations.
Resolve shipment,documentation,andcustoms-relatedissues to prevent delays.
- Shipping DocumentVerification
Review and verifyBills ofLading (BL),AirwayBills(AWB), ShippingBills, andothertransportdocumentsforaccuracy before dispatch.
Ensure shippingdocumentsmatchexportdocumentationand buyer requirements.
- Banking &Post-ShipmentDocumentation
Prepare andsubmitpost-shipmentdocumentsto banksfor negotiation, collection, or export realization.
Coordinate withbanksregardingexportdocumentation, discrepancies, and payment follow-up.
DesiredSkills &Qualifications
Graduate inCommerce,Logistics,InternationalBusiness,or a related field.
3–5 yearsofexperiencein exportdocumentationand international trade.
Strong workingknowledgeof DGFT regulations, Advance Authorisation, EPCG, Customs procedures, RoDTEP, RoSCTL, and Import-PIMS.
Experience inhandlingexportincentiveschemes andDGFT licensing processes.
Familiarity withLetter ofCredit (LC)documentationand banking procedures.
Proficiency inbuyerportals,MicrosoftExcel, ERPsystems (SAP preferred), and DGFT online portal.
Excellentcoordination,communication,analytical,and organizational skills.
Ability tomanagemultipleshipmentswhileensuringtimely documentation and regulatory compliance.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
