Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Power Distribution Manager to oversee power distribution operations, electrical infrastructure management, project planning, and execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable distribution of electrical power while managing site teams, maintenance activities, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage power distribution systems, substations, transformers, HT/LT lines, and electrical networks.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of electrical distribution projects.
- Prepare project timelines, manpower planning, and material requirement plans.
- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and monitor system performance.
- Lead site engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within budget and timeline.
- Prepare DPRs, project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement measures.
- Handle troubleshooting and emergency breakdown situations effectively.
- Maintain documentation related to inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in power distribution, electrical projects, or utility operations.
- Experience in project planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, and electrical safety.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Word, and reporting systems.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
